Warrantee

At South Side Cycle Seats, we take immense pride in the quality of our work. Every stitch and contour is handled with precision to ensure your ride is as comfortable as it is custom. We stand behind our work with the following warranty:

This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and construction for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion or delivery. This includes:

• Structural integrity of the stitching and seams.
• Proper adhesion and fitment of the cover to the seat pan.
• Integrity of custom foam shaping or gel inserts installed by us.

This warranty is strictly limited to the quality of the build. It does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Natural fading, thinning, or creasing of materials over time and use.
• Abuse or Neglect: Damage caused by accidents, punctures, cuts, improper cleaning chemicals, or prolonged exposure to extreme weather elements.
• Excessive Use: Damage resulting from use beyond standard riding conditions.
• Third-Party Alterations: Any modifications made to the seat after it leaves our shop.

If a craftsmanship defect is identified within the one-year period, South Side Cycle Seats will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to the customer. Shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the owner.
